A jazz fair and holiday led by one of the biggest names in American jazz today!
For over 25 years, between concerts and recordings with artists such as Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Brad Mehldau, John Scofield, Bob Dylan and Norah Jones, drummer Brian Blade has periodically returned "home" to his own The Fellowship Band . The fabulous Kurt Rosenwinkel has replaced guitarists Jeff Parker and Dave Easley when they left for other jazz fields, but otherwise the band is rock solid. The two saxophonists Myron Walden and Melvin Butler, pianist Jon Cowherd and bassist Chris Thomas have, together with Blade, continued to develop the magic that has carried the band ever since the self-titled debut record from 1998.
