Brian Bates Live at Centennial Plaza

Centennial Plaza and Canton Comedy Boom present: Brian Bates, live at Centennial Plaza on Friday, September 25th.

Join us for an evening of clean stand-up comedy in the heart of downtown Canton’s Arts District!

The show begins at 7pm and is free to the public thanks to Centennial Plaza and the Downtown Canton Partnership. Pre-register online to receive exclusive discounts at participating downtown bars and restaurants. We recommend that you bring your own chair and plan to arrive early to find a good spot. This will be a family-friendly comedy show, though not specifically themed for children.

Brian Bates is a Nashville based comedian who tours the country performing at comedy clubs, theaters, corporate events, and churches. You may have seen his Dry Bar Comedy specials or heard him as a guest on The Grand Ole Opry. He can also be heard regularly on LaughUSA on SiriusXM radio. From 2020-2026, Brian was also one of the hosts of the Nateland Podcast with Nate Bargatze and now joins fellow comedians Aaron Weber and Dusty Slay as one of the hosts of the Public Figures Podcast, heard by thousands of listeners each week.

We are so thrilled to be bringing this clean comedy legend to our beloved city. This is going to be a great way to enjoy the downtown Arts District with your loved ones, while supporting small, local businesses. Please consider visiting any of the wonderful shops, galleries, and restaurants while you’re downtown with us!

Don’t forget to bring your own chair and plan to arrive early to find a good spot!
