Bri Lou Got the Blues — a soulful and raw showcase of jazz, blues, and R&B, grounded in experiences of Aotearoa.

Featuring vocalist Bri Louise and Liam Reburn on guitar/backing vocals, joined by a stellar line-up of guest artists, including Eloise Edmonds on saxophone, Star Stephens on trumpet and backing vocals and Evie Patterson on double bass.
Bri Louise is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer studying music in Pōneke. With roots in gospel and neo-soul, Bri’s sound merges jazz, hip-hop, R&B and ambience into a distinctive style that is imaginative and emotional. For this performance, Bri will take the stage as lead vocalist.
Liam Reburn is a beloved figure in the Wellington music scene — an incredibly versatile guitarist and vocalist who performs regularly across a wide range of genres and ensembles. His musicianship and dynamic energy will bring the set to life, as he takes the stage as lead Guitarist and vocalist.
This show will consist of original compositions written by Bri and Liam, alongside a few timeless reimagined jazz and blues standards.
