Come join us for Brewery Yoga by Zen with Eden at Round Trip Brewing Company! This is a beginner-friendly all-levels vinyasa 60 minutes yoga flow led by Eden, a certified yoga teacher. Whether you’re a total beginner or a more experienced yogi, this class is designed to be adaptable for everyone. We’ll focus on balance and connecting to our breath as we flow through some easy-to-follow poses.
After we’re all stretched out, we’ll sip and socialize over local lagers, seltzers, slushees, kombucha or whatever you’d like —your first one’s on us! Just bring $15, your mat and a water bottle, and get ready to unwind and enjoy. We can’t wait to see you there!!
