Join us for an intimate Brewer’s Dinner at Gilde, a one-night-only experience where thoughtfully crafted food and expertly brewed bier come together.

Guests will enjoy a curated three-course dinner featuring an appetizer, main course, and dessert, with each course paired alongside one of our beers selected to complement and elevate the flavors of the dish.

Throughout the evening, brewer Willi Wallstab and our chef Bruce Florio will guide guests through each pairing, offering insight into the brewing process, flavor profiles, culinary inspiration, and the craftsmanship behind every course.

Whether you are a craft beer enthusiast, a food lover, or simply looking for a date night that feels different from the usual dinner reservation, this experience was designed to bring people together around great food, great bier, and great conversation.
