Join Ben for an educational and fun evening of Brew School.
Exploring the intersections of beer and wine, cider, and cocktails. In this class we will be tasting beers that take inspiration from their neighbouring beverage categories by incorporating unconventional ingredients. These experimental styles are full of intrigue, often challenging the notion of what exactly makes a beer, and at what point does it become a hybrid, or something else entirely?
