“Balboa and Balswing”
A Festival in "episodes" entirely dedicated to Balboa and Balswing, where you can register for the entire series at an economical cost or for individual weekends.
The series will feature two pairs of instructors who will lead various weekends of study and fun. At each event, you will have the opportunity to study with both pairs of instructors. The study schedules are thoughtfully designed, with three main levels of study: intermediate, advanced, and advanced plus. In addition to the standard lessons, there will be classes on musicality and the history of dance and music held in the early evening.
As with all our workshops, there will be no partner changes during the lessons, but you will have the chance to practice with other partners directly in the evening. Each weekend includes social dance evenings for all three nights, featuring live music and DJ sets. The selection of bands is carefully curated, paying close attention to the originality of the songs they will perform.
As always during our workshops, between lessons, we provide a buffet to help you recharge. During all social dance evenings, the bar service will be completely free, and every night Guido will serve us risotto.
With your registration, you will be entitled to participate in 6 hours of lessons. You can attend lessons with both pairs of instructors at your chosen level, plus two musicality lessons held on Saturday and Sunday evenings in the early evening. Each class will be one and a half hours long.
Participation in multiple levels is possible only if there is physical space available, and this will be evaluated weekend by weekend and will incur an additional cost.
The pairs of instructors we have invited need no introduction; we are talking about the best in the world. One pair will handle Balboa lessons, while the other will offer Balswing lessons. You will be informed at each event which pair will teach which discipline.
All events will be held at the headquarters of our association, ASD LA BALERA! Renowned for its wonderful floor and unbeatable acoustics.
This will be a festival for many but not for everyone, as we do not like overcrowded dance floors or lessons. Therefore, we offer the opportunity to register for 15 days from July 1st to 15th with a discounted price for those who wish to register for the entire series. The number of people who can register for the entire series will not exceed 50% of the association's venue capacity, thus allowing space for those who cannot attend the entire series. After the 15th, registrations will open with other options.

“Balboa e Balswing”
Un Festival a “puntate” interamente dedicato al Balboa e al Ballswing, dove ci si può iscrivere all’intera rassegna con un costo economico ma anche a singoli weekend.
Alla rassegna parteciperanno due coppe di maestri le quali daranno vita ad svariati weekend di studio e di divertimento.
Ad ogni appuntamento potrete studiare con entrambe le coppie, gli orari di studio sono pensati adeguatamente, i livelli di studio principali sono tre: intermedio,avanzato e avanzato plus, ma oltre a le classiche lezioni sono previste classi di musicalità e storia del ballo e della musica in pre serata.
Come in tutti i nostri workshop non effettueremo cambio di coppia durante le lezioni, avrete la possibilità di praticare con altri partner direttamente in serata.
Ogni weekend è compreso di serate di social dance per tutte e tre le serate, con musica dal vivo e dj set.
La scelta delle band che si esibiranno è accurata prestando attenzione il più possibile all’originalità dei brani che andranno a proporre.
Come sempre da noi durante i workshop, fra una lezione e l’altra mettiamo a disposizione un buffet per recuperare le energie sprecate a lezione.
Durante tutte le serate di social dance il servizio bar sarà completamente gratuito, e tutte le notti Guido ci servirà un risotto.
Con l’iscrizione si avrà diritto a partecipare a 6 ore di lezioni
Potrai partecipare alle lezioni di entrambe le coppie di maestri del livello che hai scelto più alle due lezioni di musicalità che si faranno il sabato e la domenica sera in pre serata. Le classi saranno di un ora e mezza l’una
La partecipazione a più livelli è prevista solo in caso ci sia il posto fisico per potervi partecipare, si valuterà weekend per weekend e avrà un costo aggiuntivo.
Le coppie di maestri che abbiamo invitato non hanno bisogno di presentazione, stiamo parlando del top mondiale, una coppia delle due affronterà le lezioni di Balboa, mentre l’altra proporrà lezioni di Ballswing; ad ogni appuntamento verrai informato quale delle due proporrà una disciplina o l’altra.
Tutti gli appuntamenti verranno fatti nella sede della nostra associazione ASD LA BALERA! Ormai conosciuta per il suo meraviglioso pavimento e la sua insuperabile acustica.
Sarà un festival per molti ma non per tutti in quanto non ci piacciono i sovraffollamenti di pista e tanto meno alle lezioni; per questo diamo la possibilità di iscrizione per la durata di 15 giorni a partire dal primo al 15 luglio con un prezzo scontato per chi vorrà iscriversi a tutta la rassegna, e, le persone che potranno iscriversi a tutta la rassegna non supereranno il 50% della capacità dei locali dell’associazione così da poter dar spazio anche a chi non riuscirà a partecipare a tutta la rassegna. Dopo il 15 saranno aperte le iscrizioni con le altre modalità
