A fun, organised day of sustainable shopping supporting the Foundation Wellbeing Trust (FWT).
Join us for SWAP & SAVE, a community event where you can hunt for fantastic pre-loved items, keep perfectly good clothing out of landfills, and support a great local cause. SWAP & SAVE FWT GX Events is proudly supported by Chanel Rapallini, our Small Business Sponsor and Lead.
Instead of dealing with cash at every single vendor table, we use a simple, unified event token system. This makes your shopping experience smooth, secure, and incredibly easy.
How Shopping Works: Fast & Easy Tokens
We have designed the shopping experience so you never miss a great find. Here is how you shop at SWAP & SAVE:
- Visit the Token Bank: Head straight to the Token Bank when you arrive to buy your event tokens. Please note: Token purchases are strictly CASH ONLY. We do not accept card payments.
- Browse & Buy: Explore the vendor tables across the venue. Vendors do not accept cash—you simply use your tokens to pay for your chosen items.
- Easy Pricing: To keep things simple, items are grouped into token tiers. For reference, 1 Bronze token = £2, 1 Silver token = £4, and 1 Gold token = £6. For example, unbranded sunglasses might cost 1 Bronze token, high street brands (like Zara, COS, or Mango) might be 2 Silver tokens, and designer labels (like Chanel or Gucci) might be 3 Gold tokens. We will have price list to help you :)
- Same-Day Refunds: If you have leftover tokens when you finish shopping, do not worry! Visitors can easily get a full refund for any unused tokens at the Token Bank before you leave.
Luxury Flash: The Golden Hour
Looking for something extra special? The Golden Hour (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM) brings a rare, premium shopping window to the Ealing and Brentford community.
During this exclusive early-access period, you get the first chance to browse our Signature Luxury Rail. Because our inventory depends entirely on what independent vendors bring on the day, every moment feels like a treasure hunt. You might discover brand-new pieces from private collections, pristine vintage Chanel handbags, classic silk Gucci scarves, or rare contemporary favorites from brands like Ted Baker and Marc Jacobs. You can use your regular event tokens for all Golden Hour purchases.

Where: Brentford School for Girls, 5 Boston Manor Road, Brentford
(MAIN HALL), parking available, wheelchair access.

Frequently Asked Questions & Terms
Can I pay vendors with cash or card?
No. Vendors only accept SWAP & SAVE event tokens. You must purchase your tokens at the main Token Bank using cash only. Card payments are not accepted at this event.
What happens if I have unused tokens at the end of the day?
We offer same-day refunds for visitors. Simply go to the Token Bank before the refund desk closes. Please note: This refund policy applies to visitors only. Vendors cannot cash out tokens at the visitor refund desk.
Can I bring my own items to swap on the day?
No. We do not accept unbooked bags, on-the-day swap items, or extra stock at the door. Only pre-booked vendors may bring items inside to sell. We will turn away unbooked bags at the entrance.
What happens to unsold items at the end of the event?
All unsold items must be taken back by vendors at the end of the day. There is absolutely no storage available at the venue. We do not hold, donate, or dispose of any unsold stock. No rubbish, dumping, or abandoned items are allowed.
Are all sales final?
Yes. All item purchases made with tokens at vendor tables are final.
