ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Learn to create the illusion of depth, distance, and dimension in your landscape paintings in order to capture a true sense of place and time. We will use a variety of methods and techniques designed to help convey the sense of place and time of day in order to invite the viewer to experience a welcoming invitation into our work. This is a studio class with each day beginning with a demo then afternoons are spent at individual easels with one on one instruction. This class is designed for artists with some experience and is not appropriate for beginners. All other levels are welcome. Demos will be in oil. Acrylics are welcome in this class.
