About this Event

A one hour introduction to the tools developed from a Cuban adventure - that offer help to all those carrying the often invisible burden of past experiences that still impact their lives today.

Dedicated to all those who risk losing their dreams, these are drawn from the book written by Paquita "The Cuban Approach: the art of letting go" - available at session discount at the event and on Audible, read by the author.

This one-hour gives a brief window into the Master Classes being held at Chawton House, Alton - the home of Jane Austen's brother where Jane went to read and create her characters, Saturday 23rd & Monday 25th May 1:30pm - 4:30pm and The Intensive Day 28th May 10am to 3pm, which guides you deeper into the Cuban Approach, leaving you refreshed with new confidence to deal with the past and go forward with confidence.
