Al meer dan 50 jaar werken de NITS aan een eigenzinnig “body of work” van meer dan 35 albums en van stilstand is geen sprake. Werk aan nieuw materiaal is in volle gang, evenals de toernee. Geen enkel concert is hetzelfde, er is veel ruimte voor improvisatie, de arrangementen verschuiven steeds, maar de muziek blijft helder, gebouwd op een laag van melancholie, schoonheid en intensiteit. Een concert met een setlijst vol met verrassende keuzes uit hun grote oeuvre gemengd met klassiekers als Nescio, JOS Days en In The Dutch Mountains.
