Lisa McNett is a visionary healer, educator, and trauma-informed practitioner specializing in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy. With grounded presence and intuitive depth, she creates transformative healing experiences that reconnect individuals to their breath, body, and inner wisdom.
Lisa is the founder of One Breath Institute, where she trains space-holders around the world in the One Breath Method™—a trauma-informed approach to healing rooted in presence, embodiment, and personal truth.
John's Bio:
John Thomas is a Certified Yoga Teacher with nearly two decades of practice and study in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and esoteric teachings. He facilitates sessions across the United States and also practices permaculture, food forestry, and self-sufficiency. A dedicated student of One Breath Institute, John is a spiritual seeker who explores consciousness through all its beautiful facets.
He believes that true healing comes from within—and that everyone has the power to heal themselves. With the right tools, anyone can rise above the adversities life has handed them.
