Breathwork+Sound Bath at Bear Soul Studio & Rock Shop

Through conscious breathing, we can access a potent source of healing that helps free emotional, mental, and physical layers within us.

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical release. It is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. In this class, we take some of the most powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can deepen your connection to self, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, and expand awareness.

Class will be located in the basement of Bear Soul Studio & Rock Shop. Come check out the store before class!

Please eat 2 hours prior to attending class. Make it a small meal if you have to eat.

Eye masks will be provided
WHAT TO BRING:

-Yoga mat

-Blankets (bring whatever makes you comfy!)

-1-2 pillows

-Water
