A beautiful transcendent afternoon from my warm cozy home. 🏡we start the afternoon with some breathwork techniques, followed by a gentle yin yoga 🧘♀️ stretch to allign our bodies and release stored emotions in our tissues. Then we finish with a little breathing and meditation that I will guide you through to get out of the thinking mind chatter.
Then I take you into the kitchen and show you how to make my healthy glutenfree dairyfree and refined sugarfree chocolate 🍫 😋 and then you get to EAT it all. Cacao will ground you and drop you even more into your heart afternoon our breathwork, yoga and meditation.
Cost is $40 for 2 hours.
