Breathwork with Terra

In this intimate workshop, Terra will guide a small group (a max. of 10 participants) in active breathwork, a somatic technique used to help release tension and repressed emotions from the body. Terra is an LMFT with 7+ years of experience in guiding breathwork, as well as 18 years of psychotherapy experience.
