By consciously breathing (becoming aware and connected to your breath), you can create a harmonious flow of energy within and around your body and enter into non-ordinary states of consciousness, to help regulate your nervous system! We will do this by journeying through a three-part conscious breathing pattern. This three-part breath will allow you to manipulate your breath to connect to your subtle body, move stagnant energy, deeply restore your body, and so much more!
This is a deeply transformative and restorative healing experience! With the use of various sound healing instruments, energy work, and your breath, you will be gently guided along an inner journey by connecting with your breath and body!
This breathwork journey is an invitation for anyone new or experienced in breathwork. Remember, during the practice your breath will always guide you where you need to be. All you have to do is lay down, allow your body to drift, and breathe!
