The style of breathwork I teach is an active 3-part breath pattern that consists of 2 inhales and an exhale, all thru the mouth. It is designed to get your active thinking mind to turn off and allow your body’s innate intelligence to take over, allowing you to release stored stress and trauma. The practice is done laying down and is set to a playlist designed to help you release and let that shit go!
Classes are donation-based.
