Breathwork with Isik Tlabar

Breathwork is a powerful practice for healing and transformation, gently guiding you back to your true self. It invites you out of the mind and into the body, into presence, clarity and truth.

Lying down or seated comfortably, you’ll be guided through a body scan meditation, followed by a circular, connected breath practice infused with the themes and energy of the exhibition. The journey will close with a guided visualisation to help you connect with your highest potential.

No previous experience is needed. This session is open to all.

About Isik Tlabar

Isik Tlabar is an intuition coach, breathwork facilitator and author. She helps people connect with their intuition so they find the most direct route to what they want.

She has worked with thousands of people and facilitated hundreds of workshops helping them tap into their true nature and authenticity, so they create fulfilling lives that feel deeply true to who they are.
