Join us at The Cottage where we'll use my surround sound headphones and the power of your breath to tap into your body's innate healing abilities.

What do you need to bring to class?
1. A yoga mat (or two if you want to stack them) or a comfortable camping mat.
3. Two pillows (head and knees).
4. A blanket.
5. Water and journal are optional but can be useful.
6. Dress is extra cozy.
