Your breath is one of the most valuable tools you have to induce relaxation, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and turn on your parasympathetic nervous system (relax and restore). In this one-hour class, you will learn several breathing techniques and find the one that is just right for you! Each technique will be demonstrated, then practiced for a few minutes to experience how your body and mind shift in each technique. Come and deepen your relationship with your body and your breath–it will thank you!This is an in-studio class. Registration is required.
