The Autumn Equinox marks the point where day and night come into balance, and we shift from the outward energies of summer and into a slower season of self-reflection and spiritual awareness.To mark this time of change and transition, you will be led through a guided breathwork session where we will use an ancient and healing breathwork technique. This practice aims to release stuck and stagnant energy in the body and mind, creating space for deeper clarity and self-connection.
Following the breathwork, we will have into a tea ceremony with the highest quality organic tea. This serves as a grounding ritual, allowing us to integrate the profound effects of the breathwork and feel supported.
This event is suitable for those completely new to breathwork + those who have tried it before. However it is not recommended for pregnant mamas.
ABOUT US
Lisa is a passionate soul spreading positive energy. She takes a holistic perspective on healing and seeks to bring out the best in others. She completed her breathwork training at the Ethical Coaching Institute after years of practicing breathwork herself and experiencing how positively it impacted her life.
Kat is a trained breathwork facilitator and the founder of Free Souls United, an online platform for self-growth. Kat discovered breathwork while living in London and wanting to find a way to get out of her head and connect more deeply with her emotions, and she now shares the magic of breathwork with others.
NB! The breathing exercises should not be performed with the following conditions:
- Panic disorder
- People who have heart problems
- High blood pressure
- Shortly after an operation
- Fever or serious ongoing illness
- Pregnancy
- Kidney failure
