Breathwork + Sound Healing Immersion

In this Breathwork class, participants engage in a powerful breathing technique that utilizes a two-part inhale followed by a single exhale to effectively release stagnant energy held within the fascia and energetic body. This healing breath is enhanced by the sounds of drums, gongs, and various instruments, creating an immersive environment that supports emotional processing and healing.
