Join me for a Breathwork Reset! A shorter group session with the guided support to practice breathwork for the first time or dive deeper into your existing practice.
Breathwork is an ancient technique that supports deep relaxation and self-healing. It is an excellent tool for regulating the nervous system and benefits can include reduction in anxiety and depression, improved sleep and increased energy.
During this session, we will discuss your intention or where you are needing support right now, you will be guided to use your breath to connect with your body, release stuck emotions, and find balance within.
Following the active breathwork, enjoy some deep rest to allow for the integration of your practice.
After the meditation, there will be an opportunity to share or ask questions.
To prepare, please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal one hour prior to the event. Bring a cushion/bolster, blanket and water bottle.
*Please note that breathwork is safe for most people, however if you have a traumatic brain injury, a seizure disorder, or are pregnant you should discuss this with your doctor before participating.
