About this Event
Sun breaths is a simple energizing breathing technique that is appropriate for everyone, especially beginners and those who have a hard time sitting still in their pranayama and meditation practice. And we'll learn Ham Sa mantra to draw the energy up our spine and So Ham mantra to draw the energy down the spine, moving our awareness through the seven chakras - energetic centers in the brain and in the spine where our physical, astral and causal bodies come together.
