Join us for a deeply intentional gathering where we blend the mindful practices of Breathwork, Meditation, and Watercolor painting. This class will guide you through self-exploration, using meditation and prayer to help you create an expressive watercolor painting inspired by your personal journey.
Through mindful movement, Breathwork, and artistic fluidity, you will release stagnant energy, transforming your thoughts and emotions into visual beauty. In this space, we embrace every mark on the paper, just as we embrace every moment of life—finding lessons and beauty in each one.
In this workshop, you will be guided through Breathwork and grounding meditation to reconnect with your source.
Learn how to bring thoughts and emotions to life through watercolor techniques.
Create a one-of-a-kind piece of art, reflecting your inner peace.
We provide: noise cancelling headphones, mats, eye masks and painting supplies.
You provide : Small blanket. Neck support is optional as you will lay on your back. Wear comfortable clothing to move and paint in. An open mind and heart.
