Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Healing

Get ready to immerse yourself in a unique breathwork, meditation, and sound healing experience!

Mike Novotny is a Regenerative Wellness Coach/Practitioner, author, and mindful world traveler. Join him as he invites you to immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that celebrates the sounds of humanity.

Some of the soothing sounds you will hear include crystal bowls, gongs, native flutes, native drums, and the handpan. In this 1.5-hour experience you will learn:

• Foundational breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
• A body scan meditation to bring awareness to how/where the body holds tension.
• How sound healing can help break up mental chatter and promote physical regeneration

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in and settled. Doors will close promptly at 7PM.

Items to bring:

• Yoga mat (only a few loaners available)
• Small blanket (some are available)
• Water
• Wear comfortable and loose clothing (this is not a physical yoga class)
