Breathwork Journey: Unconditional (Self)Love

The Liberated Lover Breathwork is a revolutionary somatic technique that gets you out of your mind and into your body, emotions and feelings. Through rhythmic breathing, your analytical thinking mind naturally softens and your emotional brain and body activates. This allows you to access emotions and feelings that were stuck before. It feels natural: because it is! And by processing naturally like this, you gain great clarity, awareness, insights and (spiritual) growth- you'll leave feeling like a new you.

What is The Liberated Lover breathwork? I founded this breathwork based on my background working with leaders in the field like Wim Hof, Sah D'Simone and Tim Morrison: and tailored my approach specifically to selflove, sex and relationships.

Because healthy relationships start with you. Through The Liberated Lover breathwork, you can release emotions, stuck energy, move your body, connect to your intuition- and step into liberated love: a higher, freer feeling of (self)love. Every time I do this myself or with clients, the consensus is: we leave feeling with a deeper sense of connection to self and others in our life.

Over the years, I've seen hundreds of clients grow into secure attachment styles, deeper intimacy in their lives, and attract their ideal relationships- all because we work with the body, not just the mind.

This journey is open to everyone: your relationship status, gender, background are irrelevant for this. it's about YOU and what you want to get out of this. This is not an interactive session with other participants at all, it's an individual breathwork journey with the theme of unconditional selflove. You'll always get out of a session exactly what you need.

A bit about me: hi I'm Sam! I'm a certified breathwork practitioner, somatic therapist, tantra professional, and sex/dating coach. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of people in Europe and North America to grow secure self-love and create the relationships they desire, on their own terms. Clients give me the feedback that my breathwork journeys offer a grounded, down-to-earth, and openminded space to explore feelings, emotions and inner freedom that truly change love lives.
