Holly is a certified, trauma informed facilitator of 'conscious connected breathwork' and has been doing group sessions since 2020.
Please do not eat less than 1.5 hours before and wear comfortable clothing
Contraindications: please let me know if you have heart or respiratory problems, psychotic episodes in the last 10 years or panic attacks
