What is connected breathwork?
The connected breath ensures that you make contact with your subconscious, sink deeper into your body and give stuck energy (tension or emotions) the opportunity to flow again.
The connected breath works on a physical level, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The elements we work with are: the group field of all participants together, music, touch, and expression through sound.
The invitation is therefore to allow yourself to feel. It is a safe space where what you feel is welcome.
After a breathing session, people often feel clarity, more grounded in their body, openness and inner peace.
In addition, you will experience how powerful the breath is for your sense of well-being and you will become more aware of your breath. You can also use this in your daily life to have more influence on your thoughts and energy management.
In addition, connected breathing has many health benefits, such as:
- Boost for your immune system
- Resilient nervous system
- Detox for your body
- Renewing your system, charging cells with more oxygen
About the facilitator
Hi! I'm Kimberley. As a breathing coach, people describe me as open, and they quickly feel at ease. I came into contact with breathwork for the first time in 2021. It has been a way for me to live more connected to my body. Among other things, it has helped me to trust myself more and to feel old pain, which made space for peace & more fun in life! The breathwork I facilitate is very powerful, yet gentle and soft. It creates transformation at the cellular level. I am very passionate about sharing this practice with the world, as I could not imagine my life without it anymore. It's like an anchor during hard times.
Preparation breath circle
-Wear comfortable clothing, preferably without zippers and buttons.
-Do not eat too much / too heavy in advance and preferably do not drink coffee just before the breathing circle
-Plan some time for yourself after the breathing circle, this helps to integrate your experience.
I hope to see you there!
With love,
Kimberley
