Breathwork in the Vineyard

Join us for a Holotropic breathwork event led by one of The Mindry Malibu's highly trained facilitators. This session uses a therapeutic technique that involves deep breathing to help access and explore the subconscious mind. As participants breathe deeply, they may experience altered states of consciousness and vivid imagery, allowing them to explore their inner world and gain insight into themselves. The backdrop of beautiful Cielo Vineyards and the Malibu mountain ranges beyond provides an ideal location to connect with oneself , others and the natural world. Participants can enjoy access to the Tasting room and vineyard barn post session. 21+ attendees only please
