Breathwork has the power to dissolve the armor around the heart – to release old stories held in the body and mind – and to awaken the vitality and clarity that were always yours.
In this three-hour immersion, we will enter a space of deep presence and transformation. Through gentle embodiment and fluid movement, we’ll open the body and settle - making space and preparing for the depth of the breathwork. With powerful, connected breathing, we’ll open the body’s natural pathways for release, insight and renewal.
Here you have the possibility of meeting yourself fully – with courage, truth and the willingness to feel what is real. The breath becomes a bridge: between tension and release, between numbness and aliveness, between who you have been and who you are ready to step into.

I am a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodiment, power and sovereignty. I have worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, shamanism, tantra, osho-therapies, coaching, mindset, Nonviolent Communication and IFS with groups, couples and individuals around the world for 20 years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for me and Since then, I have devoted my life to exploring, deepening and sharing that journey with love as my compass.
