Each Breathwork journey is highly individualized. Some of the states of consciousness reported range from divine otherworldly bliss to experiencing the struggle of releasing negative forces in the psyche. Many things may be released during Breathwork such as feelings of grief fear rage and anxiety.

During a Breathwork session the participant uses a deep rhythmic breath while listening to chakra attuned music that invokes a natural altered dreamlike state dropping into the soul while under the care of the facilitator. Afterwards there is time for processing and sharing the journey.
