Our journey begins with a shamanic somatic meditation, a sacred space for you to align with your deepest truth. You will then be bathed in the healing sounds of a mystical sound bath, where the pulsing rhythm of drums, the gentle whispers of rattles, the celestial notes of flutes, and the sacred hum of the human voice weave together into a cosmic symphony that will transport you to realms beyond.
Ché, a Certified Death Doula, Psychospiritual Life Coach, and Maestra Curandera, channels a deep lineage of sacred wisdom, creating a space for profound healing and exploration. As a psychedelic integration guide, she will hold you through this transformative journey, allowing you to feel safe, nurtured, and expanded.

🌟 What to Bring: Bring anything that makes you feel cozy and supported—yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or anything that allows you to rest deeply in this cosmic adventure.
⏰ Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to settle into your space and get comfortable. We begin promptly. Latecomers after 10 minutes will not be allowed in to preserve the sacred energy.
💫 Contraindications: Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (such as aneurysms, high blood pressure, or mental health conditions like PTSD or bipolar disorder). Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Asthma is not a contraindication, but be sure to bring your inhaler if needed. This practice is for personal growth and should not replace medical treatment. Wellness for all is our wish!
