Breathwork group journey - Every Tuesday

Inside this week!! We'll breathe across the street in the new space inside this week!
Join Stephi Wald from willfly breathwork for a group breathwork session across from the "breathe" garden in Little River.

Breathwork is a powerful and transformational tool to create meaningful change in your life. We’ll use a conscious connected breath along with an elevated music playlist curated with love for each session. It helps to de-stress, release anxiety, to find balance and inner contentment. Breathwork is for everyone who wants to align their body and mind to be the best, authentic, and strong version of themselves.

The breath releases stress from the body on a cellular level, helping to detox the body emotionally and physically. This liberating practice allows you to access your subconscious mind, giving you the ability to discover, see, understand, feel, and transform your thoughts, limiting beliefs, past experiences, and emotions.

LOGISTICS

If you are coming from the North - don't take the express lane, you'll miss the exit.

Free street parking, in front of the green fence and across the street in the side street and on the grass in front of the white corner house.

PREPARE YOUR BODY:

- Most important – please do not eat within an hour before the breathwork session

- wear comfortable clothes

- bring a mat and a blanket

- bring water

- a journal if you like

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR BREATHWORK:

Breathwork is not recommended for people with:

- a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack

- high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis

- significant recent physical injuries or surgery

- severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.

- unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.

- Pregnant women (contact me for alternative breathing and which month you're in)
