Breathing plays a central role in regulating the nervous system, emotional state, energy levels, and mental clarity. When practiced with understanding and care, breathwork can become a powerful and practical tool for everyday life.
This 2-day Breathwork Fundamentals Intensive offers a comprehensive foundation for working with the breath as a personal practice. The workshop integrates multiple approaches, allowing participants to understand how different breathing techniques influence the body and mind, and how to choose appropriate practices for different needs.
Participants will explore the anatomy and physiology of breathing, alongside experiential practices drawn from yogic breathwork (pranayama), functional breathing, and conscious connected breathwork. Both short, accessible practices suitable for daily regulation and longer guided breath sessions for deeper release and processing are included.
The focus of this intensive is on safety, awareness, and sustainability. Rather than seeking peak experiences alone, the emphasis is on learning how to regulate anxiety, support emotional processing, improve focus, and cultivate vitality in a balanced and grounded way.
This workshop is designed for personal development and self-practice. It is not a training to teach breathwork, but it provides a clear and structured foundation in how to work with the breath consciously and responsibly.
The intensive is suitable for beginners as well as those with previous experience in yoga, meditation, or breathwork.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Abasin has been in personal development for over a decade facilitating individual and group breathwork, process-work, movement, kundalini yoga and meditation. With a foundation as a Journey and Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, Abasin has been guided by Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), yogic pranayama and somatic practices, to share some of the deeper principles and teachings of these modalities through Beyond Breathwork classes, workshops and trainings. His passion and intuition helps create a space for people to unfold, release and transform. Abasin supports people in accessing their own body wisdom and dropping into more self-realisation, love and joy.
