With Madeleine's extensive studies, training, & experience in guiding groups, you will be led through gentle somatic movement followed by breathwork meant to lead you back to your inner refuge, and will end with gentle sound healing. Open to all, with support to honor your body's needs while exploring your inner landscape with others.
