About this Event
If you find yourself stuck in loops of overthinking or rumination, breathwork can help shift attention away from the busy mind and toward the body's internal experience. As the mind settles, you're given the space to finally feel, release, and integrate what has been held, suppressed, or left unfinished. This workshop will allow space for this process as well as give you some simple tools to help manage stress in your everday life.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, Simon prioritises safety, choice, and pacing — so you can explore breathwork in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
This workshop is suitable for:
- People exploring breathwork for personal insight, grounding, or stress reduction
- Those wanting a supportive, guided space to unwind, restore, and gain clarity
- Individuals interested in how breath-based practices support emotional regulation and inner balance
- People in caring, teaching, or leadership roles looking to deepen practical, embodied wellbeing tools
- Anyone drawn to gentle, trauma-aware approaches to healing and resilience
Not suitable for people with:
- Epilepsy
- Severe asthma
- Pregnancy
- Cardiac conditions (without prior medical approval)
- A current or recent psychotic episode (within the past 3 months)
