About the Facilitator:

Welcome! My name is Lee, and I’m a certified breathwork teacher based in Berthoud, Colorado. My journey into breathwork began while working in the fast-paced world of software for a high-tech company. As I explored my own spiritual growth, I discovered the profound healing and transformation that breathwork offers.

Inspired by its power, I transitioned out of the software industry and turned to writing and teaching breathwork. Through my practice, I help others connect with their inner strength, release emotional blockages, and cultivate peace, healing, and clarity in their lives.

I am honored to guide others on this path of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation.
