Every child experiences some form of hurt, and these wounds stay with us, often unnoticed.Using breathwork for inner child healing is one of the most powerful self-healing tools available. It helps you dive deep into your subconscious, clearing and releasing energetic blocks. Everything that has been buried, hidden, or is ready to surface can be accessed through the magic of our breath.
In this session, you'll connect with your younger self, encourage forgiveness, compassion, and love. You'll remind yourself just how utterly amazing you are.
The session includes:
• An introduction to breathwork and what to expect
• Connecting with your inner child exercise
• A full 1-hour breathwork session
• Journaling and sharing your experience (if you wish)
