You asked AND we listened!A weekly Breathwork class for Healing & Connection on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm. Each week's class will be led by Meghan.
In this powerful breathwork class we will be connecting with the deepest part of ourselves, shedding what no longer serves, and learning to love ourselves more deeply.
Each session is different for each person and one thing is for certain you will leave feeling incredibly different from when you came. Most people experience feeling calmer, clearer, less stressed and more creative after.

We will explain the technique and then lead you through the active breathing part (there’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) and then after the massive yell we will lead you through a heart opening visualization.
Details:
?Arrive between 5:15pm and no later than 5:25pm
?Head to the “509 Entrance banner"
?Address is 509 W Fayette Street Suite #246
?Drink plenty of water
?Wear comfy clothes (dress in layers, some people get hot/cold during the active breathing)
?Bring whatever you’d like for maximum comfort lying down for an hour (yoga mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye mask)
**If this is your first experience at the Center we ask you arrive by 5:15pm and no later than 5:25pm as the door locks. We understand at times there are obstacles however due to the door being locked we are unable to accommodate anyone who is unable to arrive by 5:25pm as there will be no one available to open the door.
