Breathwork for Hair Stylists
You spend your days caring for others. It's time to care for you!
As hair stylists, we hold a lot for our guests. They bring us happiness and abundance, but they also bring some heavy shit. Join me, Ann Shepich of Alder Hair Co, and spend an hour together with other hair stylists as we de-stress by releasing the emotional burdens that we carry, and fill ourselves with love and peace through the power of breath.
When we feel good, we do good. And by regulating our own nervous systems, we create ripples of healing that touch our families, our guests, and our communities.
All are welcome, newbies and practiced alike. I am training for my official breathwork facilitator certification, so this session is being offered at a substantial discount.
Bring: comfy clothes, a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, water, an open mind.
Optional: pillow, blanket to cover up, eye mask, journal and pen
