January is not a time for resolutions - it's a time to rest and plant seeds for the spring 🌱

Nature offers us the blueprint for the rhythm of our life cycles. 🌀

While it’s become a tradition to use January as a time to create goals and resolutions, looking around at plants and animals we see that January is a time for resting, reflecting, and conserving energy.

Above ground, things may appear dry and lifeless but below the surface, the roots remain alive and protected. Join us for an evening of restorative breathwork to protect your roots and embrace this period of calm.

Tickets will be provided on a sliding scale: $15-$25
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable and warm layers, a water bottle, journal and pen.

**A percentage of the donations will go to RVA food fridges, we humble request you consider bringing a shelf-stable donation to contribute.
