About this Event

Welcome to Breathwork for Dearmoring!

Come join us for a transformative experience where we will explore the power of breathwork in releasing emotional and physical tension. This in-person event is designed to help you let go of past traumas and unlock a sense of inner peace and clarity.

This holistic method combines a gentler style of breathwork with guided and self-administered deep tissue massage, applying pressure to certain neglected places on the body where the body holds chronic tension.

The process can bring up memories and feelings that may not have been felt or remembered for a long time, having been stored deep in the body, even on a cellular level. By releasing physical tension, the body also has the opportunity to release the underlying emotions associated with it.

Dearmoring can help you release tension, toxins, energetic blocks, and release negative memories, beliefs and emotions. It includes the whole body and can helps open up your body’s natural energy pathways so that healing life force can flow unobstructedly through the whole body.

Its a powerful, yet gentle practice, which is perfect for both the first-timer and those that have been practicing breathwork for a long time!

NOTE: Breathwork is contraindicated for some medical conditions. It is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, history of significant trauma, and during pregnancy.
