Breathwork for Creatives - Online

We will be utilizing Gamma Breathwork, a powerful yet "light" form of breathwork that can be done sitting up and takes a relatively short amount of time within which to enter a gentle expanded state of consciousness.

Are you on a spiritual/mystic journey, healing/wellness journey, in a time of grounding and integration, or just curious? This is a somatic practice with optional supportive energywork and Reiki provided for you.

This is an introductory session meant to help you get a sense of what's being offered while we get a better sense of who's on Eventbrite and how we can best be of service here. :)

Please be advised: While we are plant ally friendly, this is only a 30 minute group call and the title is only referring to the practitioner's form of energy work. This call is not set up in ceremony format. Could be perfect to accompany the start of a(n experienced practitioner's) microdose or anyone's morning cup of tea. ?
