Join Purposeful Living at Wildflower on 7th as we get you ready to release holiday stress and anxiety through breathwork.
Bianca Gutierrez will lead you through moving your breath and releasing all of your holiday stress and anxiety.
This will give your body the feeling of being lighter from releasing that energy. It will also help regulate your emotions and put you in a more aligned state of being.
There is limited space.
Come experience the feeling of peace as you learn how to be in touch with the movement of your breath.
Please bring a blanket. Possibly an eye mask. We will have yoga mats. Journal and water is always a great thing to have on hand.
