The evening opens with calming practices to support self-regulation and co-regulation, and then we transition into the Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.The heart of this evening is a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey for couples. You will practice a continuous, circular breathing pattern that helps release tension, quiet mental noise, and open the heart. This is a focused, safely held practice that can create real shifts in how you feel and how you relate.
What to expect
-A brief introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork and how to do it safely
-Partner skills for relaxation and co-regulation you can use right away
-A 60 minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey done side by side
-Integration time plus simple connection practices to anchor what you felt including thoughtful snacks and ambiance
-Take-home exercises for relaxation and co-regulation you can use in five minutes or less
