Join James and Trista Davis for an evening of breathwork practices, connection practices and opening your heart to deepen intimacy through synchronized breathing exercises and a heart-centered breathwork journey.
Expect a brief discussion, 60 minute breathwork journey and integration and connection exercises.
This is available to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Full instructions will be given to have the best experience.
The breathwork journey is done lying down on the floor, but we have lots of mats and props to support you. Price is per a couple, no need to register twice.
