Breathwork Date Night: Break the Routine. Reconnect.
An early date night designed to help you reconnect before the evening begins.
Most couples are good at managing life together.
You work, make plans, divide responsibilities, take care of the house or family, and get through everything that needs to be done. But somewhere in the routine, it can become harder to slow down and really connect.
Breathwork Date Night is an opportunity to step out of your usual roles, put down the distractions, and spend an evening intentionally turning toward one another.
We have revamped this experience.
Over the past several months, James and Trista have been participating in tantra mentorship together, exploring presence, communication, intimacy, desire, nervous system safety, and the patterns that can develop inside a long-term relationship.
We are now bringing what we have been learning into our couples events, combining it with the breathwork, somatic practices, and honest conversations that have always been at the heart of our work.
This is not couples therapy, and you do not need to be struggling in your relationship to attend. It is a guided experience for couples who want to break out of the usual routine, try something different, and make space for deeper connection.
Throughout the evening, James and Trista will guide you through practical partner exercises and conversations designed to help you become more present with one another. You will explore what supports connection, what can quietly get in the way, and how small moments of attention and intention can change the way you experience each other.
You will then be guided through a 60-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. Breathwork can help quiet the thinking mind, release built-up stress and emotion, and create space to experience yourself and your partner with greater openness.
You may leave feeling lighter, closer, more relaxed, or simply more aware of what you want to bring into your relationship. There is no specific outcome you need to create and nothing you need to perform.
Just show up together, breathe, and see what becomes possible when you step outside the routine.

• A welcoming introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Guided partner connection exercises
• Thoughtful discussion around presence, communication, intimacy, and connection

Important Safety Information
Conscious Connected Breathwork can create strong physical and emotional shifts and may not be appropriate for everyone.
Please consult your physician before participating if you have health concerns. Contraindications include pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns such as uncontrolled high blood pressure or a history of heart attack or stroke, epilepsy or seizure disorders, glaucoma or retinal conditions, uncontrolled severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, or any medical condition that could be aggravated by intensified breathing.
This practice is also not appropriate for anyone experiencing active psychosis, mania, severe unmanaged PTSD, or anyone currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You are always welcome to breathe at a gentler pace, pause, return to your natural breath, or opt out of any exercise at any time. If you are unsure whether this experience is right for you, please contact us before registering so we can help you determine the safest option for your body.
