5 weekends of conscious connected breathing, self-discovery, and embodied healing with Sarah Emilie Boas.
As autumn deepens into winter and the world quiets, we are invited to turn inward - to listen more deeply, to rest, and to reconnect with ourselves.
This 5 weekend Breathwork Course offers a supported space to explore conscious connected breathing as a tool for awareness, release, and transformation. Using a gentle yet powerful form of breathwork therapy, you’ll learn how to work with the breath to unlock and release stored energy, negative beliefs, emotional blocks, and old trauma.

What to Expect:
Each weekend offers a chance to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and breathe into the parts of you asking to be seen. Together we will explore:
- Guided conscious breathwork sessions
- Gentle movement and somatic grounding
- Meditation and inner inquiry
- Group sharing and deep listening
You will be invited to explore the unknown and bring to awareness what calls for your attention — within a safe, loving, and well-held space.

About the Breathwork:
The breathwork practice shared in this course is rooted in SOURCE Process and Breathwork, a therapeutic method developed by Binnie A Dansby. With roots in Rebirthing Breathwork Therapy and Eastern spiritual traditions, it is centered around healing and awakening through the breath.
In a session, you’ll lie fully clothed, supported with blankets and cushions, and be guided into a conscious connected breathing rhythm. This creates an inner environment where stuck energy, unconscious beliefs, and early-life imprints can surface — to be met with compassion, awareness, and release.
It’s a gentle, body-centered approach that allows you to connect with body memory, access deeper truths, and restore your sense of wholeness.

About the teacher:
Sarah Emilie is a certified SOURCE Process and Breathwork practitioner and have trained with Binnie A Dansby for many years. She offers both one-on-one therapy sessions and group work, as well as teaching yoga, meditation, and pranayama at The Yoga Flat.
Her work is grounded in presence, warmth, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. She believes in creating space - space to breathe, to feel, to soften, and to come home to yourself.

This course is for anyone longing to reconnect with themselves, to gently meet and release what no longer serves, and to develop tools for navigating life with greater clarity and presence.
