✨What is Revelation Breathwork?✨

The Revelation Breathwork Experience with Camy will allow you to access higher consciousness and insights. Often long-held patterns of stuckness will be revealed and released in a state of love. This 50 minute open mouth guided breathing experience can release stress, frustration, fear and anxiety. The results are a feeling of openness and relaxation. Some people experience the feeling of being “high” as it activates the same parts of the brain as in plant medicine. Join us and bliss out.

Revelation Breathwork connects you with your True Self - perfect, whole, expansive, and eternally connected to the Source. This active meditation is an embodiment practice designed around Spiritual Psychology principles, chakra activations, and a curated musical experience in a safe space for your healing journey.

Revelation Breathwork is the ideal activity for so many because it truly meets you where you are. If you need physical relaxation, emotional release, a mental break from constant thought and worry, you will receive that. If you are open to mystical experiences, you can have that as well. Sessions take place lying down on a yoga mat with an eye covering.
